Directions for use:
For best results, consume the first drink (Green Juice) at 9 am and consume the remaining four, every 2,5 to 3 hours, in order to complete the day around 8 to 9 pm with the Protein Boost.

A precise diet, menu, developed by a certified health coach. Our team of experts has put in a lot of effort to come up with an ideal balance of ingredients which provides energy for physical activities, and actively cleanses the body of toxins.

1. Booklet with recipes and diet instructions
2. Breakfast mix muesli- quantity for 18 days (ingredients: oatmeal, Ceylon cinnamon, cranberry, flaxseed, organic cocoa, raisins, chia seed, pumpkin seeds)
