Delivery of goods and possible restrictions
Couriers deliver the parcels to the delivery address between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM. Please ensure that there is a person at the address during this period who can collect the parcel. When collecting the parcel, you must visually inspect the package to ensure that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the shipping box is damaged and you suspect that the product may be defective, refuse to accept the parcel and notify us immediately by calling 062 822 2405 or by emailing info@housewifedetox.com . If the parcel appears to be undamaged, feel free to accept the parcel and sign the delivery note for the courier. The courier attempts to deliver each parcel twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you at the phone number you provided when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still cannot find you at the address, the parcel will be returned to us.
NOTE:
By confirming the order, you agree to the delivery terms.
In the case of returning goods to a customer who previously paid for the goods to the courier, i.e. cash on delivery, the costs of returning the goods are not borne by House Wife Detox, but the cost is borne by the customer.
Complaints policy
Please check your package in the presence of the courier when you pick up the shipment. You should not pick up the package if it has visible damage (torn parts and crushing). We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.
– If, after opening the box, you find that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods or the information on the invoice is not correct, please call us at +381 62 8222405 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, or send an e-mail with your details (name, surname, phone number) to info@housewifedetox.com and describe the problems listed. As soon as possible, and no later than 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint in writing or electronically, we will respond to the consumer’s complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the date of filing it.
